I agree 95% with one tiny caveat, it is not true that more time always equals more experience. I've met people with 20 years of experience who actually just have the same 1 year of experience lived 20 times. My point, if you aren't growing, trying new things, making new mistakes, you really aren't accumulating experience. You're just sleeping through it.
That's true. My point is that even when you are doing the same, maybe your technical skills won't grow. But simply collaborating with different people or meeting new clients is a plus.
But totally agree with your. Growing exponentially or logaritmically depends on ourselves.
